Whoa... For a moment there I almost forgot my login password. It goes to show that it's been awhile since I last logged in. That and also never to own too many different types of passwords and username accounts.

Sometimes I wonder if life is all about having the right passwords and username. Get the right combinations and you are in. Get the wrong ones and you might just be left hanging on the outside trying to get in. It's all about knowing the right thing to do and fitting into the system.

My recent job hunting has not been as successful as I had hoped. Being a new migrant with a different accent has put me in a disadvantage. Despite my extensive years of industrial knowledge and professional history, I realize most employer prefer not to take any chances in finding out otherwise. I guess if I were them, I would do the exact same thing too. I'm the new and untried user account. If the old username and password gets you in, why try the new one?

On the positive side, this experience has got me out of my comfort zone and spurred me to try even harder. Keeping my chin up could be hard at times but I have confident that things will work out. One of these days I will get the username and password correct. I am the Cockroach! I shall survive!
